The bug is triggered by the line 193 of
/usr/lib/qt/qml/QtQuick/Controls/Styles/Plasma/ScrollViewStyle.qml

handle: PlasmaCore.FrameSvgItem {
        imagePath:"widgets/scrollbar"

If the imagePath is changed to an invalid path, the bug is hidden
