SUMMARY
I wanted to upgrade to Kubuntu 19.04 from 18.10 and followed instructions
through KDE's website. It found the new release and everything went fine but
then I suddenly noticed "Upgrading version 18.10 to 18.10"! I was kinda
surprised and thought that it's trying to re-install 18.10 and I couldn't stop
the upgrade either so I waited for it to complete and it did upgrade to 19.04.
I wish it gets fixed quickly to prevent others from panicking.
