No, this is entirely an issue with Breeze, as it works perfectly with Kvantum
and QtCurve themes.
Third party developers shouldn't have to change their code.
I should have done more testing before I submitted the patch to add the
transparency option to menus.
Maybe we should take it out until we can fix it in Breeze completely?
