SUMMARY

I see vertical bars on desktop and sometimes on other applications when I
suspend to RAM and then wake system up.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Suspend to RAM
2. Wake System

OBSERVED RESULT

Desktop and windows will have white bars
EXPECTED RESULT

Clean rendered desktop and windows
