Oops, forget this: the README recommends to use -isystem instead of -i to
exclude Qt's own issues.

However, this will need (usually) a deep surgery down into CMake, Meson, QBS,
QMake. I, for example, don't know currently how to change Meson from -i to
-isystem. So I guess this isn't exactly user-friendly.

Instead a CMAKE_EXCLUDE_FILES_BELOW= environment variable would be much more
user friendly.
