Steps to reproduce:
1. Open kcm_mouse module
2. Under "General" tab, set "Button Order" to "Left Handed" via radio button
(which works)
3. Reboot/restart session, mouse is right handed again, but,
4. Opening kcm_mouse still shows that the radio button is set to "Left Handed"
5. Reset to "Left Handed" works until session restart or reboot.
