I am using two keyboard layouts and if I configure layout shortcut to
"alt+shift" then I am not able to use any shortcut combination that has
alt+shift in it.
For instance "reverse task switching" is not working also in other programs
some shortcuts having alt+shift is not working too.

In older versions of KDE I was able to use that shortcut along with others.
