How to reproduce: System Settings > Keyboard Settings. Set Rate and/or Delay to
their minimal values: 5. Apply. Values shown as 5. Choose other settings
window, or close and open this one.
Expected behavior: Rate and/or Delay values shown as their minimum values: 5
What happens: Rate and/or Delay values shown as the names of the setting.
Example. "Rate: Rate", should be "Rate: 5". "Delay: Delay", should be "Delay:
5"
