Detailed description of crashes;  my system parameters

Desktop-windows are sometimes shifted upwards by the size of the upper
decoration. If the window was already at y-position zero the upper decoration
is lost and the window is not movable nor can it be closed if no menu or
close-button exists.
"kde4-config --version" shows KDE: 4.14.22
