When setting mouse behaviour to double click this setting is NOT written to qt4
configuration file.
So some applications wil open with single click.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.set system settings to double click
2.open libreoffice and have a look to file-open dialog.
3.



Workaround:
open with any texteditor:
~/.kde4/share/config/kdeglobals

replace item
SingleClick=true
by
SingleClick=false

that fixes the problen immideately.
