I fixed this on my system by adding the mime type
"application/vnd.comicbook+zip" to the list associated with the
comicbookthumbnail service.

Append it to the "MimeType" list in
"/usr/share/kservices5/comicbookthumbnail.desktop" and run "kbuildsycoca5"
