            Bug ID: 371161
Summary: KDE doesn't turn-off the external Hard Disk device
after the command to eject it is given
           Product: kde
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Kubuntu Packages
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: unassigned-bugs at kde.org
          Reporter: einlanzer at gmx.net

KDE doesn't turn-off the external HD device after the command to eject it is
given.
KDE just "unmount" the device after command "eject" is given.
Must add the option "unmount and turn it off" for removable devices like
external hard disks to prevent data corruption in it.
MATE and XFCE does that. The workaround I use in KDE is to install
gnome-disk-utility.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Try to eject an removable device like external hard disk
2.
3.
