Do a proper mac fix

Don't mix static and dynamic libs, what we really need is to link
against libLLVMSupport.a so it builds fine.

This also fixes build against 3.7 and a 3.9 runtime error about
something being registered more than once (because libLLVM had duplicate
stuff).
