Hi

Running OpenSUSE Tumbleweed with Plasma 5. 

Every time I run a new session I have to re-set the keyboard language to
English UK using the keyboard applet - the setting appears to be set correctly
in the interface but is not effective. On removing and re-adding the setting,
the correct language is applied which persists for the entire session.

The system keyboard layout is correctly set to English UK.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Reboot machine
2. Log into X, plasma 5


Actual Results:  
Keyboard setting has reverted to English US

Expected Results:  
Keyboard should have stayed English UK
