I'm using Manjaro, so yes I'm technically on Arch too. And I think you are
right. I opened the Icon Selector GUI and there were no Dolphin in the
Application categories. I was looking at the file list for the package
breeze-icons and there is way more icons in the breeze folder than the
breeze-dark folder.
