After a Kubuntu15.04 crash mouse-switches and keyboard stop operation about
5min. after login to KDE5-plasma-desktop 5.2.2. .
The same is happening after relogin next to sddm-restart(killing process in
terminal shown by Ctrl+ Alt+ F1).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. sddm restart
2.

Actual Results:  
mouse-switches and keyboard inoperable with KDE 5.2.2

Expected Results:  
normal operation

KDE 5.2.2 hangs(keyboard and mouse-switches)
