At the end of the crash reporting process there is a check box along the lines
of  "Open this report in a browser window when clicking on 'finish'" (or
similar words to that effect).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go through the steps required to report a crash,
2. select "open this report in a browser window" (or similar wording),
3. hit 'finished',

Actual Results:  
This does not happen, nor is there any sign of any attempt to do so.

Expected Results:  
The relevant bugs.kde.org page to open in users default browser after the user
has clicked "finished".
