icons had an option to be resized, not anymore, they look silly on qhd screen.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. get a qhd screen
2. try to use it with full resolution
3. report this bug

Actual Results:  
everything is tiny, almost invisible without looking glass

Expected Results:  
to have those beautiful svg icons resized to a less ridiculous dimensions
