After disabling compositing for fullscreen apss, this future restoring to
enable. This problem on OpenGL 2 and OpenGL 3.1 render engines only.
On Xrandr, this future work correct.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start menu
2. System Settings
3. Dislay -> Effects -> Disable graphical effects for fullscreen applications
