[drkonqi] [Bug 354786] Clicking on "Suggest this crash is related" does nothing

Hours after trying to use the bug reporter, and closing its window, I noticed
that a drkonqi process was still hanging around and likely keeping the crashed
process around too. Not ideal. ps ux said:
