I'm using kubuntu 15.04 on plasma 5. When I'm trying to change the icon of any
program using the menu editor, the window doesn't open and I cannot browse in
my directories.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on Application Launcher
2. Right Click and select Edit Applications.
3. Select any program and click in its icon.
4. Click in other icons.
5. Click in browse.

Actual Results:  
Nothing happened.

Expected Results:  
Browse in my personal folders.
