In the 'Select Icon' dialog, after selecting the 'Other Icons' radio button
clicking the 'Browse...' button does nothing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select a menu entry in the tree
2. Click the icon button in the 'General' tab of the right pane
3. Select the 'Other icons' radio button which enables the 'Browse...' button
4. Click the 'Browse...' button

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

Expected Results:  
Launches some sort of dialog or UI to select a file
