Headphone don't work after bootup if they are already plugged in. I have to
pull them out and then plug it back in.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Plug headphone in
2. Turn off pc, turn on
3. Listen to some video clip and can't hear the audio


Actual Results:  
No audio

Expected Results:  
Audio

Headphones need to be pulled out and then plugged back in for the audio to work
again.
