When adding a new application to kmenuedit, setting a custom icon is not
possible.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open kmenuedit
2. click New Item
3. click to set an icon
4. choose Other Icons -> Browse

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  
A window opens.
