1. Please let me resize windows by grabbing the border.
2. Please let me adjust the opacity of the launcher, it's difficult to read if
there are open windows below it.
3. Please make the icons larger in Plasma's select icon application.
4. Please let me use time and date formats I like, i.e. I prefer a 24 hour
clock and a date format of YYYY-MM-DD even though my region is set to United
States.
