I can confirm this symptom in Archlinux git build. On resuming kded5 is
crashing on me I can not get a backtrace but I can say this symptom after I
applied the fix from https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=337674

Before kded5 was taking one core from laptop but now it crashes from resume and
occasionally on restarts and starts.
