I miss the option that you can change the width of the "blinking cursor", so
that also people with eye problems can see the text-input-position for example
in Libre Office or KMail. In my opinion is this very necessary for the
accessibility.  (kde 4 / OpenSuse13.1)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click with the mouse in a input field (like this)
2. The blinking cursor is very small and bad visible for people with eye
problems
