Thanks. I'm not enough of a KDE cognoscenti to know it's KIO rather than
Dolphin. I've reported other bugs and sometimes I've spent 10 or 15 minutes
trying to sort through all the different components and still get it wrong.

I adjusted remote previews to 20 MB in Dolphin. The relevant photos average 6
to 10 MB. Except for 5 or 6 seemingly random photos (that also displayed
before) the previews still don't appear.
