When you want to create a dialogue along the lines of

    Do you want to delete this item?
    [ Delete ]   [ Cancel ]

you can use edit-delete icon for the first, and cancel for the second button.
The problem is that they are too similar - the same shape with a different
colour.

It would be nice if these two were visually more distinct.
