Opening dolphin with icon sizes 32px (the default) I now see all the folder
icons as monochrome as well as normal file icons now have strange icons (it
uses those of small icons).

I have 24" big screen and browsing a folder full of folders now gives me
vertigo and makes my head spin from all the high contrast grid those icons
create.

This happened sometime last week, I suspect commit
bd16dd1551bb2c1d7fb65fba3c61d288bd66eb2d which changes

 [mimetypes/file-types]
-MinSize=32
+MinSize=48

...which makes Dolphin use the small-icons for default folders sizes. This also
appears in open/save file dialog.
