It is impossible in kicker to set custom icon for menu item. We can edit
selected entry, but browsing dialog box won't start when we try to browse for
icons.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Application Menu Settings
2. Edit some entry
3. Try to select custom icon
4. Browsing dialog box won't open

Actual Results:  
We can't select custom icon for edited menu entry.

Expected Results:  
We should be able to browse for custom icons.
