As part of creating my last bug, I installed the debug libraries and logged
into bugzilla.

I entered all of my data.

THEN it asked me to login.
(it might make sense to ask to log in FIRST -separate feature request)

I logged in successfully but I dismissed the dialog box that asked me to setup
kwallet5, I am not interested in migrating my kwallet4 from this system into
kwallet5..

I continued, and when it was time to report, it failed.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1.fill out crash form
2.log in
3.dismiss kwallet
4. continue

Actual Results:  
unhappy time when not able to submit the error report that I spent a half hour
writing.

Expected Results:  
keep me logged in, and or allow me to log in.

Fixing this will help the quality of other bug reports.
