The settings application doesn't seem to remember the last position of the
window like many other applications do, and always opens at the upper left
corner of the screen.

It's a minor problem, but I wish it could be fixed because it feels annoying
sometimes, especially when considering it could be the one of the most
frequently used applications by new users and possibly affects their impression
of the overall usability of the desktop.
