After I installed Project Neon, I no longer able to install new themes, styles,
icons, widgets, etc by choosing the option to download them over the internet.

The dialog usually tries to connect to the repository, but fails after
displaying an error "Network Error: (6)".

I'm not sure if it's a bug, or it's because KDE 5 has not been officially
released yet.
