Whatever the repositories I switch to in Muon, the upgrade to 4.14 fails with
messages as below :

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Accept upgrade to 4.14
2. Failure
3. Change software package repositoriy in Muon either in France (my country) or
searching for best. Go to 1. Repeat
Actual Results:  
Failure to upgrade to 4.14

Expected Results:  
Complete upgrade
