Desktop:
  * Create "New Folder"
  * Open "New Folder" to Window 1
  * Create "Text File" in Window 1 (it shows there)
  * Delete "New Folder" from Desktop
  * File disappears, but folder stays open.

Expectation: Open window associated with the folder will disappear (or,
perhaps, get a message at the top saying it is no longer usable and have the
path be removed… )

Reproducible: Always
