I have defined 4 usrs in Kubuntu 14.04 in beginning of using it. I'm sure they
were visible in first days. Now after few actualisation of system are visible
only 3 users and add new icon. When i want to add user with same name as
invisible user, it is not possible (red circle sign), system knows user, but
don't show him. In KUser is all OK.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open system settings
2. Select User administration
3.
Actual Results:
Not all users are shown.

Expected Results:
All users are shown.

Cyech localiyation of system.
