During updating the system to 4.13.2 I noticed that the programs started to
open in English, instead of Spanish (wich is my first language). After restart,
the hole system is in English, and although I have kde-l10n-es installed, using
System Settings > Locale > Country/Region... > Languages I cannot load Spanish
on Preferred Languages saying
"You have the language with code 'es' in your list of languages to use for
translation but the localization files for it could not be found. The language
has been removed from your configuration. If you want to add it again please
install the localization files for it and add the language again."
and leaves me with only American English as the only option.

I try to reinstal kde-l10n-es, with no luck.

That's the first time I have this problem, and I could not find anyone with
something similar.
