Hello again

I have now solved this problem by changing the Refresh instruction relating to
Screen Resolution from Auto to 70Hz. Now my changed screen resolution is held
when I switch my PC off and restart a new session. 

I am sorry for contacting you unnecessarily. I am fairly new to KDE and PC
Linux OS and have a lot to learn!
