There should be separate options for the scrolling behaviour of the mouse wheel
and the touch pad. E.g. I want my mouse to behave “as usual”, but have the
“natural scrolling” when using the touch pad. At the moment, I solved the issue
by manually configuring the touch pad in ~/.Xmodmap.
