Bug ID: 330827
Summary: When I start kde on cygwin64, kded4 seems like go to
infinity loop and KDE stucks. If i remove kded, all
OK, but all servcies are disabled
Classification: Unclassified
Product: kde
Version: 4.10.5
Platform: MS Windows
OS: Cygwin
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: crash
Priority: NOR
Component: general
Assignee: unassigned-bugs at kde.org
Reporter: dilesoft at gmail.com
I use cygwin64 inside Windows 7 64-bit. Problem in kded.exe. When I run "xinit
startkde", on kde boot kded4 process eats 100% CPU and KDE booting stucks. If I
kill kded process, KDE loads successfully, buy without kded don't working
services like keyboard layout switching. How can I resolve the problem?
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. xinit startkde
Actual Results:
Loading screen, hard drive icon, that's all. kded4 full uses CPU.
Expected Results:
KDE must start.
