The folder icons use the high-contrast icons instead of the blue ones when
zoomed all the way out in Dolphin.

Also, some of the mimetypes are blurry. See attachments comparing Oxygen icons
and Breeze icons.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set icon theme to Breeze
2. Open Dolphin and zoom out all the way (Ctrl - )

Actual Results:  
See blurry icons and non-blue folder icons

Expected Results:  
Small blue icons for folders and no blurry file icons.
