When 'Nepomuk  Semantic Desktop Search' and 'Nepomuk File Indexer' are disable,
 Kde take around 5 minutes to get up

Until that, any command is slow..

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to System Settings
2. Go to 'Desktop Search'
3. On first tab, disable 'File Indexer, and Desktop Search'
4 .Logout and Login again
Actual Results:  
Slow startup speed.

Expected Results:  
Normal startup speed

My system is a debian 7 stable, running kde 4.8.4, without any modification.
