I can confirm this problem.    Using KDE 4.11.2 (Fedora 19).    Other graphics
files show (correct) preview/thumbnails, but PSD files just show the generic
graphics file type icon.

I have reproduced the problem on two different F19/KDE 4.11.2 systems, and on a
'clean' F19/KDE 4.11.2 install under VMware.
