[systemsettings] [Bug 325567] icons in systemsettings overview ignore dialog icon size

Strange. When I change the windows style to something to something else and
then back to QtCurve or Oxygen the icons re-gain their set size. When I close
the systemsettings window and re-open it the icons are back to size 32 - and
the window style looks like cleanlooks (even though it is set to something
else).
