That would indicate a problem with D-Bus. If you can reproduce these, please
try to disable kded modules as indicated at
http://kdepepo.wordpress.com/2011/05/11/troubleshooting-kded4-bugs/

If the hangs disappear with a specific module disabled, please add your
findings. Since I cannot reproduce, you should start with distribution-supplied
kded modules, such as those for package management and system updates.
