            Bug ID: 319886
Summary: Lower Process and I/O Priority for debugging /
                    backtrace generation
    Classification: Unclassified
           Product: drkonqi
           Version: 2.1.5
          Platform: Chakra
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: unassigned-bugs at kde.org
          Reporter: richard.llom at gmail.com
                CC: adaptee at gmail.com, kiagiadakis.george at gmail.com

Sometimes I encounter crashes in KDE software during productive work time.
Nevertheless I often still (like to) take the time to report the crash.
While the clicking through the steps is relative fast, the generation of the
backtrace can consume quite some time AND WORST it uses all CPU to 100%. So it
is NOT possible to click "Generate backtrace" switch to work application,
continue work and then after a while switch back to drkonqi, with the finished
backtrace.

Thats why I propose to lower the process and I/O priority for debugging /
backtrace generation in drkonqi, so that it runs in the background, i.e. it is
possible to work lagfree in other applications at the same time.
