Sorry for the late response. Haven't had a chance to properly sit down at a KDE
Desktop for a while.

This bug effects the "CDE" and "Motif" themes/styles. I tested all the other
themes and they seem to work fine. I am currently on KDE version 4.10.2 but
this may involve other branches as well. Also I'm on a Fedora box if it helps
any.
