Go with Chrome Version 26.0.1410.63 to "http://astah.net/editions/pad" will
cause system tray to go crazy.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open chrome
2. Check version 26.0.1410.63
3. go to http://astah.net/editions/pad
4. wait for page to load.
5. did you see the system tray move like a maniac?
