When enlarged, many icons appear blurred and of low quality. This is likely due
to their resolution not being updated and the small image being scaled instead.
The issue started happening after upgrading from KDE 4.9.5 to 4.10.0.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
One case in which this can be seen is by setting a large icon size in Dolphin
(such as 192).
Actual Results:  
Icons are blurred because the original image is scaled instead of using the
proper resolution for that size.

Expected Results:  
Icons did not behave this way in 4.9.5 and should be scaled at the proper size.
